White Family Photos

Ben and Jen met at Houghton College in a small college town named Houghton.  I know this cause I was there.  I was Ben’s roommate for two years and we were friends all four.  We have stayed close over the last 16 years and have watched each other’s families grow.  He has four beautiful children that love the camera (for the most part).  Their oldest boy missed out on much of the last session because at the time he was not so into being a model.  It’s amazing what a year will do.  Now he wanted nothing more than to be mugging in front of the camera.  He didn’t even want me to leave at the end without a few farewell shots.  I love this family and I love how these photos turned out.

If you want to have some wonderful outdoor photos too please send me an e-mail and ask about our new pricing for outdoor photos.

Megan and Matt’s Engagement Photos

Deano visits the studio!

Deano is the son of one of my favorite wedding couples, Demetria and Larry.  Click here to see the blog about their wedding photos!  He was an amazing baby and looked so cute in his little handmade knit hat.  Deano is a big Phillies fan so it’s rather unfortunate that he was born a little too late to see us win the Championship.  Deano is adorable and has two very fun and cool parents.  On a side note Deano peed on his mommy’s shirt and pooed in his daddy’s hands during this shoot.  Ahh the joys of photographing newborns.

Charlene and Kevin’s Wedding Photos

Charlene and Kevin were married at Nativity BVM which is a gorgeous church in Philadelphia and at the equally beautiful Trump National Golf Club.  As the name states, Donald Trump owns this wonderful golf club and it looks like a million bucks.  The staff told me that this was the very first wedding in the reception room since it had been gutted and redesigned.  The room was painted in off whites that looked great when the sun came through the large windows that covered one entire side of the room.  We all had fun shooting outside in monster sand traps and green hillsides.  The view was breath taking.  Charlene and Kevin danced the night away to a mummers string band that were filled with friends and family.

Sofia’s Baby Photo Session

I have a handful of clients that stand out from the rest and Jayne is at the top.  She found me on theknot.com and gave me a call.  Jayne, Tim and Aunt El met me at my home in Hatfield.  I didn’t have a studio yet.  The room was filled with newborn baby stuff, Michelle was breast feeding in the other room and I was showing off albums that I would probably be embarrassed of now.  It makes me smile because that meeting will stand out to me as one of the most important that I’ve ever had.  I photographed their wedding, Aunt El’s mother’s birthday bash, Jayne’s sisters wedding in Italy, their friend Tina’s wedding, Sofia twice now, Alix and Jason’s little baby Jed, and weddings that will be coming in the future.  The family is amazing.  They treat me as family and I feel so happy to be around them.  Italy was one of the greatest trips I’ve ever taken and I’ll never forget it.  I was more than the photographer, I was another one of their family for a week and I was proud to be a part of it.

I can’t say thank you to Jayne’s family enough.  I think I owe them something for all they have given me.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!  I will be in touch with the gift I have in mind.

For now, here are some photos of Jayne and TIm’s baby Sofia.  What a cutie pie!
