Once again I did not blog in 7 days and another blog stalker has grabbed a free session. I’m pretty sure that I’ll be doing free sessions all season. If you tried to catch me and didn’t beat Melanie that’s because she caught me a full minute after my 7 days was up. That is hard to beat. I look forward to taking her free session sometime in the future.

If you are new to my blog or maybe you have just forgotten, we have a game that awards the winner with a free photo session. And anyone can win. So, what are the rules? I think it’s about time that I laid the rules out so that everyone in on the same page.
1. Catch me without blogging for 7 days and you win.
2. 7 days = Seven 24 hour periods. Thus, if I posted at 12:37pm on the 20th, I have until 12:37 on the 27th to post a new blog.
3. Only the first one to catch me wins.
4. If you e-mail me a minute early (according to my e-mail time stamp) then you do not win.
5. The free session covers only the $200 session fee. It does not cover any product that you wish to purchase after that.
6. The deal is only good for 1 year after you win.
7. If you cannot use the session you may give it to someone else.
8. It can only be used on portrait sessions, not weddings.
Now that we covered the rules I want to congratulate one of my clients, Claire, for winning the free session. She’s not sure how she’s going to use it at the moment but I’m sure we will have fun together. I just photographed her engagement photos a few weeks ago so you should be seeing her blog post soon.

Back at the beginning of the year I made a promise to all my wonderful clients and future clients. I promised that I would get a new blog post on-line every 7 days. If 7 days passed without a new blog post, I would give the first person to catch me a free portrait session and $25 toward a canvas from that session. This is a $225 value. Not too bad.
Well, I have been giving away free sessions like no tomorrow. Today was the third time I have been caught in the past 4 months! And boy was I caught. I had 4 clients “catch” me in 2 hours. I appreciate all of you keeping me on track! Since I am only giving the free session to the first one to catch me I must congratulate Stephanie a past bride from 2008.
Obviously, there are going to be more free sessions offered so please check in often and watch the calendar. You may be the next one to get me. 
A few posts ago I promised to post at least every 7 days. I also promised to give a prize to the first person who caught me being late. I am taking my family to Southern California for the next two weeks. So, because I won’t be around to fulfill my promise I just blogged three times. This will take care of me while I’m gone.
We are going to take the kids to Disneyland, Sea World, Vegas, Legoland, and the San Diego Zoo. Reegan can’t wait to see Mickey and ride on the airplane. I will talk to you all real soon!
I know, I know. It’s been forever since I last spoke to you. I’m sorry. I’m a jerk. It’s not you, it’s me. Please take me back. I’ll never do it again. I have so much to tell you all and more importantly show you all. Maybe you thought that I went out of business. It’s not so! I have been crazy busy and I’ve been shooting the most awesome stuff. It’s been about 8 weeks since I posted on the blog last and I won’t do that to you again.
So, here’s my New Years Resolution. Better late than never. I promise to post a blog every 7 days. This includes baby photos, family photos, post wedding bridal shots (trash the dress) or any photo shoot you can come up with. I will also give you $25 off a canvas of your choice. Sound good?
